Let the summer begin

I know that June 20 is the official start of summer, but it started a little early for me today. Mommy and I played in the driveway much of the afternoon--she pulled weeds and I played with my table pool.

Family Fun

Mommy's out of town right now, which means that I have Daddy all to myself. This is the third time since January that Mommy's left me in Daddy's care. Whenever that happens, Granny A and Grandpa Bill come in from Pittsburgh, Aunt Sally and Uncle Howard and their children (Sammy and Sophie) come in from Cleveland, and Cousin Ken and Cousin Ilana and their children (Emma, Sarah, and Phoebe) also come in from Cleveland. Here are some pictures of our afternoon together today.

This is my new friend from Granny A. Doesn't he look like Ziggy?

Me and Phoebe coloring.

Sarah, Phoebe, Emma, and me in my backyard.

Sam, Sarah, and me getting ready to watch the Belmont Stakes.

Me and Emma.

"Can I go home with you guys? Please?"

Fun in Michigan

This past weekend, Mommy, Daddy, and I went to Michigan for a wedding (more on that below). Right next to our hotel was a Curious Kids Museum. I've been thinking about that and I came to the conclusion that this name is a little redundant. Repetitively redundant. Aren't all kids curious?

Anyway, Here are some of the things that caught my attention.

The real purpose of the trip to Michigan was for a wedding. Mommy's friend and colleague Charles got married to Kira. We had lots of fun, as you can see.
